Jason Terrance Phillips (born May 27, 1975), better known by his stage name Jadakiss , is an American rapper from Yonkers, New York . He began his career in 1990s as a member of the rap trio The Lox , signing with Bad Boy Entertainment . After leaving the label in 2000, they joined rap collective the Ruff Ryders . He is currently signed to the Def Jam label and D-Block Records , the latter of which he co-founded with other Lox members.
The festival lineup included Travis Scott, Migos, Janelle Monáe, SZA, Rosalia, Anderson Paak, Jhene Aiko, Mac DeMarco, Maggie Rogers, Lil Uzi Vert, Missy Elliott, Pusha T, Dave Matthews Band and DRAM.[96] The first day of the festival was cancelled due to severe storms.[97] The "Pharrell and Friends" set that closed the festival's second day, featured Williams and a lineup of guests, including Jay-Z, Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Usher, Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, Charlie Wilson and Tyler, the Creator.[98] The festival's final day featured Trey Songz, Chris Brown, Lil Duval and members of SWV and Blackstreet.[99] Williams produced five songs for Walt Disney Pictures's The Lion King (2019), marking his third collaboration with composer Hans Zimmer
